This pen was carefully turned out of a Beautiful Highly Figured Ambrosia Maple Wood Pen Blank . The 30 Mini Caliber bolt Action Bullet Cartridge is made with the same styling and components as the original Bolt Action Pen and will make a great gift for yourself or for the gun enthusiast . Every detail, from the one of a kind bolt action mechanism to the precision engineered components, was carefully designed to ensure uniqueness and reliability .

The realistic bolt-action handle smoothly advances and retracts to securely lock the refill in place. Includes a bolt action rifle clip and a replica 30 caliber cartridge and rose gold bullet tip for added authenticity.

I profiled the pen blank with a light rounded contour and sanded and finished this Beautiful Stunning Ambrosia Maple blank from with the hardware in mind . I then follow by sanding and finishing with a cyanoacrylate(CA) finish that will definitely make this pen water repellant ,and resistant to UV rays. Next follows Buffing and then applying a generous coat of Renaissance Wax, made of a blend of micro-crystalline "fossil" waxes that is highly resistant to moisture, fingerprints and heat. What you now have is a gorgeous, stunning and brilliant looking pen.


As you could see,the Ambrosia Maple blank has beautiful Figured appearance , paired with the 24Kt Gold plating. The pen measures approximately 4 inches. It is very easy to use, just advance the bolt action handle as it smoothly advances and retracts the refill and write. It uses Mini Pen refills, that you could find in Office Depot or Staples. You will be very delighted with this Beauty, as I was while turning it.
